Your own Control Tools

You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit to plan ahead and stay within your budget. This limit takes effect immediately. If you want to lower it, there is a 24-hour waiting period before the change applies.
Play Time Limit

If you want to stop gambling for a longer period, you can choose Self-Exclusion. You can select 6 months, 1 year or longer. During this period your account cannot be reopened. The decision takes effect immediately.

Request a Tool to Be Activated
You can ask the support team to activate a Deposit Limit, Time-Out or Self-Exclusion. Once you have made your decision, it takes effect immediately.
Process a Withdrawal
We will help ensure any funds in an account closed under a Self-Exclusion period are returned through the appropriate process. Minimum withdrawal is 30,000 Ks and usually takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
